Returns are eligible for store credit only within 15 days of delivery date. Returns past the two week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense. Please include your packing slip in your return.
Here at Danielle Dresses we offer Free Shipping. All returns & exchanges during the shipping process is the responsibility of the customer.
Once orders are placed they cannot be canceled!
What can be returned?
* items that are UNWORN & unwashed
* items free of perfume, stains, pet's hair, deodorant, smoke, blood
* items purchased @ regular price!
Any items purchased discounted are final sale.
What cannot be returned?
* items that have been WORN or washed
* items that have been sprayed with perfume, stained, smoke
* items with pet hair or deodorant
* activewear, leggings, discounted items
* items purchased with store credit OR a discount code
Our Inventory is constantly changing so exchanges are not likely we may be sold out of the item that you would like. We will perform the exchange if its in stock. If it’s out of stock, store credit will be issued.
HOW DO I GET STORE CREDIT?
store credit will be issued via email as a gift card
* damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving
* please note we only accept 5 returns per year per customer!

If you send back an item that is not eligible for return, I will send the item back to you and may charge a fee.
Please fold your items neatly and wrap your items in tissue paper or some sort of package to protect the clothing from damage during shipping. We would like to prevent any further damage to the items.
Returns are processed every 4-5 days!
**YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE FOR A LOST PACKAGE. IF IT IS LOST, WE WILL CONTACT OUR SUPPLIER AND SEND YOU A NEW ITEM IF THE ITEM YOU ORDERED HASN'T DELIVERED.
